La Tapa de Doña Trini

A neighbourhood tapas bar on Calle Dos Aceras, between Capuchinos and Málaga's old town, five minutes on foot from Teatro Cervantes. The list is short and made for grazing: aubergines with cane honey, stew croquettes, small sandwiches and Axarquía cheeses, washed down with sweet Málaga wine or a well-pulled beer. It fills up at aperitivo time and again when the theatre empties; there is a counter, four high tables and a screen for the football.
